About Ansley Watkins

A proud Vero Beach native, Ansley Watkins is involved in many endeavors in the local

business and real estate community. Along with being a Commercial and Residential Property Manager with Gori Property Management; she and her husband, Philip, own Watkins Cleaning Service and Ansley has now become a REALTOR® to provide clients with the utmost in services when buying or selling a property.

Ansley met her loving husband, Philip Watkins, from Mancelona, Michigan, soon after high school and they married on January 8th, 2011. Eager to make money and a life of their own, they started Watkins Cleaning business and with a quickly expanding clientele was given an opportunity to provide property management services for their clients. This was a major stepping stone that revamped their careers when Mr. Randy Gori of Gori Julian and Associates P.C., offered them a job managing his home in Orchid Island and his commercial properties in Vero Beach which they happily accepted. Upon witnessing first-hand her genuine care for others, intense work ethic, and savvy business acumen Mr. Gori encouraged Ansley to expand her scope of work and generously provided her Real Estate education.

Growing up, Ansley was encouraged by her parents to learn to play a musical instrument and chose the cello where, under the tutelage of Matthew Stott, her passion for music began. Having attended Indian River Charter High School VAPA Performing Arts School, the Vero Beach High School Orchestra program and dual enrollment at Indian River State College, she loved English, modern dance, and ballet classes, however, her driving force in school was cello and orchestra training. In her junior and senior year, Ansley had the privilege of leading her peers in the cello section as the principal chair cellist and after high-school she continued to play with quartets and as a solo artist at weddings and other events. An honest, dedicated, and hard-working person who loves to help others, she is also very thankful to her loving parents for providing her and her younger sister with an invaluable foundation through Bible education.

Continuing to work with her husband managing properties, Ansley enjoys her love of the cello playing whenever possible, and delights in their two very entertaining chihuahuas, Veruca and Gus. Well versed, from top to bottom in all that is real estate, when you need a devoted and trustworthy REALTOR® to help you with buying, selling, or renting, a home or commercial property, look no further...she’s your girl.
